Speaking seriously for a moment, why would anyone want to give the Olympics to a country that is basically falling into the sea every 5 years now it seems ? What if there is another brutal earthquake and tsunami DURING the games itself ? Not to mention the appalling human rights abuses inflicted on the Chinese and allied forces during WWII, meaning that Japan should be shunned from all international sports across the board. Venomous nation, who will absolutely hate all visitors who visit there for the games. Give the 2018 games to a more deserving country, such as The USA or France.
