Of course their legs aren’t as long as their legs plus torso and head. Or did you mean their legs are longer than the body from the waist up? If that’s the case maybe you should stand up and bend over at the waist and see if your head touches the floor or not. Or find a picture on the interweb if you can’t bend that far.
