They are dominant in many respects in case reality hasn’t proven otherwise. Taking ego out of it, if you just look at how men and women think, there’s a reason men have dominated the world in general.

Women have their own strength, and equality merely means that you respect that strength and what it’s capable of. But women have started to get special treatment now as opposed to equality compared to what they had in the past in normal society. Because of that, the pendulum has swung out of balance in another direction. Men beating women for no reason has never been looked on with respect, yet men who roll over for women who badger them incessantly aren’t even respected by the woman who badgered him.

That level of bullshit cannot exist and be called balance and equality. That is a lie, and lies cannot exist for long.
