All 3 series of Queen's Blade were among the most enjoyable animes I've ever watched.
Eagerly awaiting this next installment.
I haven't seen Rebellion yet... but I thought Tomoe was blind now.

Yea its odd, she was blind before the Rebellion series, not sure how she got her sight back.

From what I understand, Vanquished Queens is just another spin-off. They are supposed contain a kind of "what if" senerios about the characters downfalls if they should lose in different situations. Some characters are even featured multiple times so I don't know which of these events are canon or not.
One point of interest to me is that at the end of the traier, Tomoe is shown dual-wielding katanas which is how whe fights in Rebellion. Then again, no blindness.
At first, I was skeptical at the news of this since alot of what happens in Vanquished Queen's is not exactly pleasant. The animation looks like it will be high-quality though. I don't think Nowe's eyes have ever been shown so...sharp before. I'm actually getting interested. I like it.
We need more Tomoe and Nowa.

I can't take any interest in this show for a simple reason: it's all teasing.
If you're going to spend an entire episode dancing around women who are 90% naked, and imply multiple times sexual repercussions for their loss, just get it the fuck over with and turn it into a hentai and show us.
Is that true for you regarding the franchise as a whole? Because If it is I suggest you check out season 1 and 2, because it has a surprisingly good plot in addition to it's PLOT.
