I'm getting tired of seeing harem ends with no conclusions. And the economics part is just another upside to what I'm interested in. This is actually one of the only anime's I've felt like following in a while. But I guess that only applies to the interests of a corresponding individual.

She is horny and wants nice lovin', the guy is like "hey get off me", and we're gonna get the same cliche tease silliness as always. Who knows why they think characters getting physical has to be after the credits roll on a series, if at all.

Especially when Demon Queen appears designed to subvert the whole "sexy = bimbo" gig while still indulging in a few guilty pleasures.

It's the creator's fault for not creating a character that is "sexier" at first glance in other ways than having large cleavage. She doesn't NEED those. A female character can act sexy with action and dialogue, not pendulum-swinging. Look at how much work the animators put in just breast jiggling; that's a FOCUS of her character, as you said, to bait idiots in.

At any rate, Ishida's work seems to be the most critically acclaimed from what I've seen (and for good reason), so it's a shame that that version couldn't have been the one that was adapted based on that alone.
