I think Sumire Uekasa deserves a spot. Her voice as Dekomori from chuu2 was outstanding, and her Sora voice from papakiki was spot on. Since both voices are kinda contrasting too (one’s hyper one’s kinda reserved), she shows that she can do more than just one type of voice.
