No proof it was foreigners who left the trash and if you don’t provide rubbish bins you will get a grand mess.

Just do the NYC solution and provide more cans and hire a couple of guys for cleanup.

  The real reason why Japan is so clean is because generally they have very good sanitation crews who clean up any mess long before it becomes an eye sore. What’s shown here was places they didn’t get to yet and a lot is vender trash from the snack booths. Yep this is mostly Japanese generated trash and they probably cleaned it up soon afterwards. Big gatherings are messy affairs esp when the turnout ends up being larger then expected causing the sanitation crews to be temporarily overwhelmed.

  Even if people are making an effort to throw all their trash away things will still get messy if the trash bins are overflowing.

  Yep now that’s a mess and it does get cleaned up. Have any huge gathering of people you better have a small army of sanitation workers to clean up after them. People in general are messy creatures when they gather in large numbers.

  Apple actually does design their own chips for the iOS line. This is why they perform so well the OS and hardware are very tightly coupled. I’m not an apple fan boy but just about every other tablet generally feels somewhat clunky compared to the ipad.
