Comiket 83 has seen scores of the nation’s best cosplayers descend upon Tokyo Big Sight yet again – having narrowly escaped the forecast rain which instead chose day 2 to make its appearance, though not the low temperatures.

It depends a lot on windchill. 5c can feel anything from -15 to 5 depending on wind speed and humidity.
If you live in central Canada, I can tell you right now, +5C is awesome this time of year. Wind or no.
If you live in the central Siberia, +5C is pretty hot even for summer! ;-)

A bit strange that not more cosplayers have winter-related outfits/variants to wear for the December Comiket. Snow Miku makes a lot more sense than regular Miku.
