Yah the story was new for that movie and it kept pace and action to keep it from being boring.

meh. I can understand the top choice, it is a great movie, but the rest seem very… well, they seem like they’ve been chosen simply because the series is popular at the moment. And by that I mean K-On shouldn’t be number 2 But beyond that one odd choice I can understand the rest of the choices, even if I don’t exactly agree with them.

So it’s dumplings before flowers again, as with the hint the title gives you, huh? The movie still feels like a step in the right direction. And you can watch it in installments.

You missed Summer Wars, and this is the only one I know apart from The Disappearance – and I prefer the latter any day of the week. I was disappointed with how the premise of SW was being implemented from almost just after the very good start. Something far more serious and convincing was in order. Plus, most of the characters, main girl excluded, give off a very repulsive aura, almost like it was some western production.

Why do you feel entitled to this poll ? this was a poll to the japanese viewers, so westerns like you can go fuck themselves if the list isn’t to your liking, your highness.

People will always be bitching and whining… you have to understand that eastern does not have the same culture/thoughts like the westerns, that’s why westerns tend to call weird japan, i’m middle eastern myself and i see both west and east as weird culture.

I’m not a huge naruto fan but if you follow shippuden you will notice the plot goes beyond that, even though it was short the moments of naruto and his father and mother was really emotional, it showed the love of parent-child in an unconditional situation like no other.

I dunno… If Naruto and Gohan can make the list, why Inuyasha’s dad? at least he left him something to make his youngest son somewhat relevant
