not so sure about that, I’m asian and I just
came from tokyo and its overly-crowded ‘yamanote loop lines’, and there were three instances where the back of my hand came in contact with other women’s rears (due to people rushing out, I was pushed against other people), but I was never accused of anything.. it wasn’t a light ‘brush’ either, almost a ‘full on’ contact
