  NYC could save money by hiring some of the psychopaths they have locked up to drive the trains. They wouldn’t require counseling for any guilt or remorse over running down some depressed person on the tracks. Just keep them locked in the front of the train until their shift is over so they don’t start stabbing the passengers.
