Simple, because there are more people that likes SAO than Fate/Zero.

first because of the demographic SAO is basically a shonen while F/Z is a seinen.

    The manga is Slow, as it’s a monthly manga. The anime besides being aired weekly takes 2-3 chapters per episode. Also one arc is changed, and one Arc is omitted completely. Added the probability that they don’t even plan another season.

    Lol, Wild Hunt’s arc is weak, so I don’t care if it got skipped. I mean, what’s the point of introducing an “evil for the sake of evil” team, that gets half of it’s members killed in less than 3 chapters.

    I would love it more, if they actually used the original character design. To me, the anime chara design felt to bland and generic.
