  Ah, I remember when I cared about these list, and thought they meant something. Especially without any knowledge of who voted. 10/10 pollsters know that you can get a list to say whatever you want and slap whatever title on it you want, and 10/10 adults know that the vast majority of kids who care about such rankings don’t have the breadth of viewing experience to know what entertainment really is yet.   They say 100m in the description and the speaker mentions this, but it probably refers to the whole crossing. It’s quite hard to establish what the offset time between the changes on perpendicular lanes is, because if these 5 seconds is the window to start moving and there’s more to clear the road, then this is nothing unusual.
