Nah, I've met a few girls with eyes that large (in real life, shock!). Mind you, they usually have larger than average eyes which are then made to look even larger with makeup. Whether this girl's eyes are shopped or not are a whole other story.

Cute? Hard to say. Without that massive amount of makeup and wigs and photoshop, hard to say she'd still be cute. Or maybe she would be average cute, more so than this almost creepy look.

In fact, darken the atmosphere and she fits right in a freakin horror movie.

Though I will say this: first time I see 3D twintail and think it looks cute. Props for that.
