Comment on Top 25 Anime That Need Sequels Desperately by Anonymous:

Canon? That’s debatable. But it is by the original author so it’s definitely not fan-made. Well, unless the author is fan as well…but I digress.

If the published story doesn’t include details, is it canon if the author states them personally? I think so. For example *Evangelion spolier alert*, nobody really knows why Shinji strangled Asuka. If the author came out and said “it was to see if she was really there”, then that qualifies as part of the canon material in my book. Or if he said “she was pregnant with his baby”, then I know the two of them hooked up even though it was never stated in the original story. Others would argue that only the published material counts as canon.

They both come to term with their homosexuality way too easily and quickly. It also doesn’t help that both have really feminine personalities. It’s as if the writer has some serious misconceptions with homosexuality and gender identity issues. Also looking and the other side, is this really what Fujoshi want? Do they really just want girls with male bodies and can act cool sometimes? Would they attempt to stay oblivious?
