Anime fans confronted with the ends to their favourite shows have prepared their latest wishlist of titles they are desperate to see continued – and fortunately if overly abbreviated adaptations (and in one case, ongoing terrorist threats) do not intervene, it looks as if they will get many of their wished for sequels in due course.

I want Full Metal Panic sequel. The Second Raid left off in a really insane place.
Very much so. Chrome Shelled Regios would also need to continue. I wouldn't mind more Kaze no Stigma, either, but apparently the author died, so that's impossible.
Probably not impossible. I mean, if they could get some rights from the author's estate, and preferably a serious amount of author's notes that could help any continuation look slightly less like a glorified fanfic, it could be doable.
If you have the money, go on. Some people just won't invest in such risky way.
I would love to see more Chrome Shelled Regios but I liked Kaze no Stigma, but I would rather it stay a memory with its author.

As for Full Metal Panic, it will be hard for the story to further continue as it may or may not diverge from its manga content. (if you want, read Full Metal Panic Sigma! where shit just got serious)

I love Toradora, but I like the way it ended. I wouldn't mind seeing more I guess, but it really doesn't NEED a sequel. I feel that it's so awesome already that, most likely, anything they add will actually be worse. But then again more Taiga can't really be a bad thing.

Exaaaaactly... #24 (Ouran) is the only thing on this list that would be on my list. Along with FMP, Spice & Wolf, and maybe a few others I could think of if I wasn't half asleep right now.

No, you don't. Trust me, I read the novels. You really, really don't want that. Except you always disliked Sousuke being at school doing insane stuff and wanted everyone in school do die and Sousuke heading off to some desert place fighting some mecha battles. Because then the sequel would totally deliver.
I also wouldn't mind having those novels translated. I remember reading part of one that was further than the anime storyline but I can't seem t find anything about it anymore.
All of them are translated in english. I've read enough of them to know that I don't really want to finish reading them.
Now that Sigma is finished, hopefully they'll finally continue the anime.

I think the dark story in Madoka was needed. But who knows, maybe the movie will have a lighter end to it
The Legend of the Legendary Heroes is seriously underrated and desperately needs a sequel. I just hope "The Great Legend of the Legendary Heroes" gets a green light in my lifetime.

Canon? That's debatable. But it is by the original author so it's definitely not fan-made. Well, unless the author is fan as well...but I digress.
If the published story doesn't include details, is it canon if the author states them personally? I think so. For example *Evangelion spolier alert*, nobody really knows why Shinji strangled Asuka. If the author came out and said "it was to see if she was really there", then that qualifies as part of the canon material in my book. Or if he said "she was pregnant with his baby", then I know the two of them hooked up even though it was never stated in the original story. Others would argue that only the published material counts as canon.

1.) Umineko - Cant wait for the greatness of the intellectual rapist Furudo Erika to curbstomp Battler
2.) Shin Mazinger - Dat epic Cliffhanger in the end, needs Great Mazinger epic save
3.) Narutaru - My heart just bled after reading the 2nd half of the manga... especially with that kind of depressing ending
4.) Claymore - A retcon for the last few episodes of the anime and continue the story from the manga from there would be great, just love these women / monster fighters
4.) History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi - Some decent studio should pick this up, such a underrated series

I'd rather they wait for the Claymore Manga to end before doing another season of the anime.
Or else they'd end up doing the same thing with the ending.
I don't know about Umineko, I guess the reason the anime wasn't as good it's the way the story is told, as with the red text for example, that story was ment to be red.

The Umineko Anime was ok and probably better then some of the shows on the list but not as good as the VA novels.
