Are you fans of Horiguchi Yukiko or Ikeda Shouko? If you don’t know who they are, that’s because they came up with the character designs.

You’d have to be pretty shallow to assign credits to a replaceable voice than artists whose hard work are responsible for these characters.

I happen to know 4 untrained people irl who can imitate these character’s voices perfectly down to pitch and tone, though only in short bursts (one of them is a guy too, creepy, but also more impressive). Surely trained seiyuus can do it. Even if not perfectly, they can fix it via postprocessing to be indistinguishable.

Aya Hirano is just a woman who’s lost direction in life and is making a wreck of herself. Worthy of sympathy, but not admiration.
