From what I've seen, the animation quality in hentai is almost always shit, unlike manga or eroge CG, which look as if the artist actually took more than 5 minutes to draw (this seems all the more pathetic when the average H-anime looks as if it uses less frames than the number of pages in an H-manga). But yeah, definitely check out some of Tosh's manga.
