Also what can you expect from a console like x360 which has more than 7 years, 512 mb RAM, GPU ATI xenos with 10mb!

The only thing holding this junk is the fact that three core!
The PC version will be better if not in DX9 port. But while this generation of consoles is not scrapped, fans of better graphics will keep complaining until his death.

Probably this GTA will be a mix of the most popular options for older versions to please a bigger slice of players.
That or the franchise will end up dying ..
