Back in the day (60′s when it first formed), AKB48 was one of the first idol groups to take music, acting, modeling, etc and make them all meet together and have the idol do all of these. It was orthodox to usually have a talent specialize in a more narrow area. A lot of idol agencies began to copy this formula by the 80s and it became standard to what we see today a few years later. I’m concerned about Kingdom Hearts 3 and FFXV now. Not only that Square Enix has lost Nobuo Uematsu, Wada, with his incompetence, has moved the company in a bad business area. If the state of business keeps up KH3 and FFXV maybe their last projects or even projects that get trashed in the end due to bankruptcy.
