Actually, seeing that the world record is 9.51 seconds, with special equipment and special track, it will take a hyperfit person that is very close to Olympic athlete level to pull off a 10-11 second 100 meter dash. 13-14 seconds would take a ‘very fit’ person, and the ‘average fit’ person will take 15-16. 100m in 5sec, incidentally, was the running speed of Master Roshi in the original dragonball.
