This is not about promoting unhealthy anorexic tendencies. A healthy and balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and fish (and the occasional helping of meat) combined with regular workout will result in the ideal figure. There's nothing wrong with Ai-chan here, although in most of the pics her BMI is probably slightly above the optimal range.
