You can play Atelier series on PS3 right now if you like, without the scanty clothing. Atelier series have nice graphics, but their gameplay is pretty lackluster.

is correct, but Totori is the better of the trilogy for those who appreciate some plot.
It's my favorite in gameplay too, because the point system allows room for scheduling without hurrying the player too much, while the alchemy system is not overly complicated as in Meruru, but not overly simple as in Rorona.
The PS3 Arland trilogy is less about deep story and more about following the three protagonists as they discover their calling in life.
Other games in the series tend to vary.
