Of course I've reached behind myself before. But it doesn't change that the pose looks awkward to my eyes. The way her wrist is bent doesn't help either, as it feels like if it were bent that way, her elbow shouldn't be able to do what it's doing. It doesn't look natural to me, and it would bother me. So pass.
