Well, series never really ended as we are in fairly dance arc. Those who follow the light novel, know that Kazuto said him self, that it won't be same with out Asuna and that he would not be able really start again from beginning without returning Asuna to real world. Either way, Suguha and Kazuto relationship does turn out well in this arc, but of course there is with there ups and downs. I hope this arc of SAO does come out really well.
well biologicaly speaking they recently discovered that cousins having child together pose no problem, it's when you are having childs with brothers/sisters/parents (or potentially yourself using woman/woman invitro) that pose chances to have genetical problems.
