It is generic. Kiss x sis , Oniichan no Koto Nanka Zenzen Suki Janain Dakara ne, Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru!, aki sora , and yosuga no sora are just a few examples of this silly genre being milked to the point were the incest shock value is practically gone.
