I saw High Scool DXD and while i liked the characters, and loved the ending sequence, i felt the series was totally boring. aside from a few good jokes, most of it was rather done to death things. i would have preferred more Kanokon
than more of this series.

Frankly, that's the way the majority of anime is going now. There's not many new ideas at all so to get viewers they throw in as many boobs as possible. It's sad, it used to be anime had to have great stories/characters to get viewers now they resort to TNA with a total lack of meaningful story and little character development.

Yeah I agree with that. After reading the novels, I was disappointed that the anime had so much fan service. I definitely feel that they could have done with less service. There are 13 novels, now, that has to account for something.
