Just replying to myself for everyone's benifit. I got my Akeno in the mail yesterday. Same company made her as made the Akeno I linked above. There ain't nothin' "down there" to censor, and I HIGHLY doubt that there's anything down there on Rias, either. What a waste of a hundred and fifty bucks, given the exchange-rates. :(
Here breasts where exaggerated in the anime. Akeno has a bigger bust than she does.
They censor the bottom but it's not like they actually rendered anything naughty down there.
Also, is that top made from actual cloth or is it just plastic that looks really good?
This is a polyresin statue, not PVC, so I guarantee it's cloth.
I'm not a fan of polyresin, so I'll pass on this one.

They aren't censoring for morality reasons, but because it'll sell better this way.

Lower parts are censored to hide that there's actually nothing (noteworthy) sculptured there.
Noteworthy exceptions are usually ero anime adaptions (Bible Black figures etc.).
I'll take it over a black bar, little obstructive hearts, mosaic, or what-have-you. This type of censorship is nicely artistic, and makes for a hell of a way to promote the figure.
Errr I'm 100% certain her breats weren't that big in the anime.
I don't know what "breats", but her breasts were this big in the Anime.
