Check historical records of America….natives SOLD　the land in some cases and lost battles for it in others. Both of these are and always have been perfectly legitimate ways of getting land.

And native americans also had no qualms about wiping out other natives…check out the history of the Huron and Iroquois who basically tried to genocide eachother.

This stuff applies all over the world….even Japan where the people we now call Japanese once took the land from the Ainu. The people we now call English were themselves conquered by the French, the Saxons, the Romans, all of whom took the island of England for themselves when they won.
