Indeed. 平安京 was built during 平安時代, which was approximately 唐朝 in China, basically as a smaller replica of 長安 (the capital of the then Tang-dynasty China). I hope your little brain can make the connections. Also, I’m aware that Buddhism came from Indian, hence the “Buddhism → Chinese Buddhism → Korean Buddhism” instead of just “Chinese Buddhism → Korean Buddhism”. However, you’re incorrect. Buddhism and Jainism both originated from what might be called ancient Jainism. It has basically no roots …

Well, that is because America is kinda big. Where would you hold the celebration for athletes from all over the country? Most of their athletes come from in or around Seoul and Tokyo, ours come from New York, California, Texas, Florida and so on and so forth, all of which have huge cities. It’s just easier to celebrate them if they’re local (which my region had a parade for local gold medalists) than it is to hold a national one.

LOL, are you retarded, or just totally ignorant? NO ONE besides H-inclined otaku know just what exactly a VN even is, never mind buying one. NO ONE. This is a clear case of complete and utter marketing failure. If they don’t go bankrupt from this right away, they’ll learn their lesson soon enough though.

Most of these are hilariously and unsurprisingly too recent, even for the past 13 years! Where’s Noir (2001) or Wolf’s Rain (2004)? Shingeki no Kyojin but no Gantz (even though I don’t persoanlly like either, I admit)?

For me, one anime stands above all others: Simoun. That most anime fans don’t have the taste to agree is _their_ problem.

Preference means nothing with these kinds of lists. Some people come here just to get off on trying to offend others but I understand you. Especially when they talk about “belonging” gibberish. How do you suppose to “belong” to anything when watching anime. Anyway, I agree that these lists are stupid – as do most people that ‘type’ on this site. Welcome to Sancom.
