War crimes are committed by an armed military against entirely unarmed, helpless civilians. This corresponds to the bully’s method of assaulting those s/he sees as her/his lessers.

No bully attacks someone who’s willing, or just looks like s/he is, to give them The Fear. Those, the bully will suck up to.

  There’s a reason for every school shooting. I don’t blame the Columbine shooter. Or the Virginia tech shooter. It is likely that each of the persons killed had it coming. Random people in school don’t just randomly get killed. They must’ve provoked the shooter in one way or another. No sympathy from me.
