The majority of those Korean prostitutes OFFERED themselves to the Japanese & Korean solders for quick cash. It’s quite hard to establish what the offset time between the changes on perpendicular lanes is, because if these 5 seconds is the window to start moving and there’s more to clear the road, then this is nothing unusual.
