  Yup. I thought they could never repair the damage FFIV 1.0 caused. It was such a collosal failure and all other games from SEs around that time just makes me wanna smack both Kitase, Toriyama and Wada with a baseball bat. After playing the beta, I think this game might actually be something more people can agree upon as being good. It’s a shame enough that it took so long because ARR is WHAT 1.0 SHOULD’VE BEEN, but better late than never.
