Hatsune Miku noodles and juice now grace the shelves of Japanese FamilyMarts, testifying both to the virtual diva’s increasing mainstream popularity and the propensity of her fans to buy anything featuring her divine image.

The salty negi-flavoured yakisoba noodles – on sale to celebrate the 5th year since her advent – have been attracting some interest, being thoroughly Mikufied although otherwise similar to conventional instant ramen packets:
