Judo are relatively harmless techniques even when delivered with 武= "war" philosophy that has almost nothing to do with the the diluted Kodokan sport-Jiu Jitsu.

A "normal" looking person can not win against an "animal" unless attacking weak points off limits within Judo regulation.
Judo favours the strong, an insight which lead Hatsumi (初見 良昭) to search for a real martial art after training US military personal in Judo.

If you don't want brawling you need something like

Bujinkan Taijutsu (武神館武道体術)
Real Ninja Arts
or
Krav-Maga (קרב מגע)
Real modern Military Arts
and
Systema (Система)
Real Germanic/Celtic Knight Arts
(the "Slav" gentry is Germanic&Viking in origin)

They fit with the spirit of a warrior and enable humans to beat "animals" with attacks illegal in sports like Judo, K1 or boxing. But it's nothing that can be displayed inside a ring, unless it's located in a remote storage building.

... and who gave Ishihara the telepathic ability to know that the ones in the Olympic ring have not studied the spiritual teachings delivered with the sport?
