  How so? The manga is not that far along. We will be getting the 2nd OVA in early November of this year. OVA 1 came out months ago, and was completely uncensored.

  To be fair, 20:13 didn’t say “adaption”, and I haven’t seen many live action movies from Japan that didn’t have major issues. But yeah, you’re right, our ani-adaptions (animation in general) suck.
