Police Hunt Female Flasher for Traumatising Schoolboy

Police are looking for a female flasher who cruelly exposed herself to an innocent schoolboy, who may well now be scarred for life.
The incident occurred on a Saturday morning in the streets of Kobe, where a middle-school boy was on his way home.
As was passing a woman on the street, she called out to him and he as turned she pulled down her trousers and pantsu, exposing her nether regions to him.
After this she fled. She is described as wearing a blue floral shirt and trousers, and being in her sixties.
