I wouldn’t say it was all that funny. It had a few moments and was incredibly heart warming but you rarely burst out laughing.

I would have put Cromartie High School a little higher in the list myself.

Would have thought Excel Saga would have made the Top 25 as well even if it got a little tired post episode 12ish.
