  I am more shocked in how these fools can even stay employed. In Japan, the employment rate is really low. WHAT WE NEED are teachers that are not educated enough to do their jobs but are capable of giving good care and responsibility for their students.   Incorrect. Teachers are responsible, as they are SCHOOL STAFF, therefore they fall under the school’s jurisdiction and are responsible for the well-being of students, as well as their safety. It might be different in Japan, but for the most part everywhere else, this is what they do. They’re their to teach mostly, but the secondary part of their job is to care for their well-being and safety.
