Not exactly. The school is, not the teachers. A teacher’s job is to teach, nothing more. Whether one wants to help or not depends entirely on his own moral.

  I am more shocked in how these fools can even stay employed. In Japan, the employment rate is really low. It might be different in Japan, but for the most part everywhere else, this is what they do. They’re their to teach mostly, but the secondary part of their job is to care for their well-being and safety.
