If he fought back and got pushed off the building by the 10 guys, the 10 guys would be arrested for attempted murder and the kid would be hospitalised. Right now the kid is hospitalised and thats all.

  Actually, the usual school bomber/shooters thing is to get ANYONE because they feel that most of the other people in the school didn’t do ANYTHING to stop them being bullied.

  Actually, America has done stuff to try to resolve the school shooting problem. The problem however is that in order to totally resolve it, bullying has to be gotten rid of in schools. Sad fact, but it’s next to impossible to do that because many parents equate bullying with leadership potential.
