Campione! Saucy Action Anime

I can can almost swear that all the guys who make this kind of anime must have lunch together regularly. If not they must think of this stuff while their sitting on the toilets.

Ok this was surely a slow reaction on behalf of Sankaku's lets-watch-anime-in-stop-motion team.

Its not too bad. The novels are better though. The main problem is they rushed a bunch of stuff; based on the opening sequence, they are gonna do 5 novels at least since it shows Ena in the opening.

They already condensed all of volume 3 into episode 1, and cut/changed a bunch of stuff (they did it reasonably well though i guess)

Also there is a reason why the MC is like that with women. Its explained in the novels more; basically his grandfather who raised him was an incredibly suave playboy-type that can get along with anyone esp women. Basically the MC grew up trying to NOT be like his grandfather because he doesn't want the same reputation of being a womanizer.

You know, it's beginning to get hard to tell the difference between characters from series to series, they're all so cookie cutter. Male lead who is slightly less pussy than the typical harem lead will have spiky dark hair and look a little more gruff. but only slightly more than the pathetic and anemic looking typical harem lead.

Then all the female characters are the blonde, brunette, then the only in japan colors of pink, purple, blue, and whatever color you can find in the rainbow hair. oh and mousy brown hair. Usually a slightly different style, but the faces have started looking the same. I mean, where is the differentiation? Sadly whenever a decent series, like Tetsuwan Birdy gets an anime release, it barely garners attention, and loses funding. Panty and Stocking, despite having a weak plot, was unique at least.

Where's this generation's Big O? Outlaw Star, or Cowboy Bebop? The shows that stand out on their own?

Seems Japanese and Western animation have hit rock bottom. What next? anime series that depend solely on flash? Shouldn't be very long now.

animes pretty cool actually enjoying it but man I do think they do it because they usually young leads and cant be having them having and encouraging underage sex I am guessing. I for one would love a more sexualized lead that isnt the characterized pervert but just a normal horny guy!

A bit too late.

I've only seen the first episode, but judging from these pictures, this may be one of those anime that had the potential to be an awesome action-packed show, but decided to focus more on the girls (i.e. Infinite Stratos) right after the first episode (because they hooked you on ep. 1) then having the plot/action come as secondary, and finally including a male lead only to make the show not look like it was meant for a female audience. Girls are nice and all, but that does not always make for a great show.

So far the books are better than the anime. They are introducing characters and events too quickly, I know it's an anime so you have to cut some stuff that may be great in the books but would be boring to watch in an anime but it more like they are planing to make the current 12 novels into a 24 episodes anime... This anime will most likely end up splitting from the books at some point and have nothing to do with them except for some characters. Oh well, I'll keep watching it 'till the end (or at least 'till I get fed up with what I fear this anime is gonna end into) but I'm not expecting much from it anymore.
