Well, no. It is just much more comfortable to live with- you don't have to wear bra, overall clothing cost is lower, too, running and any other sports are much easier for flatties, and it is much easier to wash (lol, but true). Also, big breast will sag and look ugly with ages, and flat chest can't sag, it will be beautiful forever.
My best friend have big breast. And I'm flat. She envies me, but not in the opposite way.
