Then I guess your eyes and ears must need fixing, if you can call anyone "gay" so easily. Nothing in the trailer is "gay". Rolo was in fact gay, but that's irrelevant. We saw him obssessed with Lelouch and having a weak personality, other than his crazy moments. The protagonist of the new Code Geass doesn't have anything like that. It's pretty clear they're pairing the protagonist with the blond girl, so your accusation is kinda hollow.

I will stand by my belief that Code Geass needs no sequel. Lelouche succeeded and set the design of utopia in motion. He stole his father's immortality code(Just like his father did to his own brother) and will happily in seclusion with CC for all time.

I make use of a few things I managed to master over the years. First of all, I use my eyes to see what the trailer shows. Then I'm slowly picking up the pace and utilize my ears, to hear what is going on. It's really difficult to do so I don't expect a normal person like yourself to understand the mechanisms that enable me to judge how gay the characters are based on this trailer alone. Rolo was gay. He died, which was particulary satisfying to me. Now, apparantly the new hero is gay and he probably won't die. So I probably will hate this show unless/until this guy dies. Remember the awesomeness that is code geass and how characters you didn't really liked just died? I have fond memories of euphemia killing of fourtysomethings. Sadly Nina didn't die a horrible death, which was a real turnoff. ;__;
