It also comes from dialects, people talk certain ways and that translates into the way they write. I’m from Scotland myself and I can’t help saying “Aye!” and “Wit?!” and “Moan then ya fanny!” when I’m typing to my friends. Those were just examples but its just people typing the way they speak, at least in most cases.

Sometimes you do just get the illiterate dumbasses who’re so ignorant that they don’t even know what they’re typing, but who associates with them beyond “Stfu” or *ignore* anyway? :P
