1) Then what justification do they have for receiving payments for all Pandas in foreign zoos?

2)No other countries require bribes for their animals, even if they are endangered. ONLY CHINA DOES THAT.

3) Try changing your nationality (to that of another country), then go back to China and if they decided you are some kind of activist, see how they consider you to be a chinese national and throw you in jail to be tortured.

4) How can you send something back to China that NEVER was in China, such as an animal which was born overseas. Why should the zoos and countries that are able to maintain a successful breeding program (which China is incapable of)pay China, when that zoo did all the work. A better idea would be to keep the panda, and just not pay the bribe.
