Ya know, just because the Chinese have control of the habitat, doesn’t mean they own the whole species. No other country requires an annual bribe to keep an specific species of animal in foreign zoos, even though there are other species who’s habitats are only located within other countries borders.

Proposing to lay claim to to all the species of animals is preposterous, like laying claim to all people of Chinese decent, which china claims to have such authority.

What twisted justification is chinas demand for payment for pandas born outside of china, when it’s those zoo and governments that are paying for the breeding programs within their own countries. The only thing more disgusting than that fact is that China has this extortion scheme, is that no country in the world has yet defied this outrage.
