@12:28 No, not easily. It’s one of the rare occasions in the last 30 or so years someone managed to equal her genius, for _one_ song. That is hardly easily.
Of course that doesn’t change the fact that Ai Oboeteimasuka marks THE most epic and impactful use of a song in anime, and should therefore be number one in this list.
