Your statement about chinese unjusitice is pretty stupid. You can almost apply your complain to any countries. Remember Roman Polanski, who drugged and assraped a loli? He is living free in Europe and nobody actually care what he did (aside USA), because he is popular and has money. Even in the USA many politicians has engaged in dubious activities, but most are able to turn off any further investigation. People with power and money always gain special traitement.

  I’m a bit conflicted by this style of punishment. On one hand they really do deserve to be made public so people know who to keep an eye on. But on the other hand it could spawn even worse retaliation crimes. If it was me deciding these sorts of things, I’d offer it as an option, with anyone taking that option having their fees reduced by a small amount. Kind of like how you can opt in to public service to reduce the sentence on misdemeanors in the US.
