I’m from china and this news was totally NOT good for me to hear at all.
Think about it,if this guy is from somewhat powerful family,he would definitely not receive this treatment.He is just a poor guy from underclass i can swear.
Compare to this slight peeper’s criminal action more serious problem is in this shitty country,the law system doesn’t treat their citizens fair and equally.Things’ getting worse and worse in recent years.For example,if you have power and was unluckily caught for raping loli under 12 years old,you may only be sued on charges on having sex with an underage loli prostitute.this was not for joke,it really happened.what’s the feeling of the loli’s family,how did loli become loli prostitue?

  I’m a bit conflicted by this style of punishment. On one hand they really do deserve to be made public so people know who to keep an eye on. But on the other hand it could spawn even worse retaliation crimes. If it was me deciding these sorts of things, I’d offer it as an option, with anyone taking that option having their fees reduced by a small amount. Kind of like how you can opt in to public service to reduce the sentence on misdemeanors in the US.
